Wine and Greece have been interlinked since the dawn of the Bronze Age and today’s Greek vintners are creating some spectacular new wines. Join an experienced sommelier in a restaurant to sample five delicious Greek wines, paired with light dishes to enhance their flavors, on this exclusive wine tasting experience. It’s no problem if you don’t know much about wine: your course begins with an introduction to tasting wine.

In our cooking class we prepare Greek appetizers together. The event takes place in the traditional house in Kefalos. The rustic garden offers the perfect setting for preparing meals together. Vegetarians are expressly desired. Like many Greek appetizers, our dishes are meat-free. The vegetables are fresh from the garden of our hostess Anna. As with all our excursions, the focus is on authenticity, originality and fun in the group. We look forward to you!

Though I have been teaching Yoga for the last five years, it has been an extremely important part of my life for a long time. My wellness journey started from Classical Pilates training(matwork&props, reformer, chair) and then I continued on my studies in Hatha Yoga,Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Therapeutic Elements and Yoga props(RYT 500).Wishing to deepen my knowledge and experience in the world of holistic practices, I also studied Angelic Reiki Healing and Spineworks and to this day, I am attending numerous seminars and workshops. For me, practicing Yoga is more than just performing asanas on the mat. It means to live life with an open heart, something I strive to teach in every yoga session
