Return Details

Returns to original departure point
Begin your half-day tour with a pickup from your central Athens hotel or at a central meeting point.

Hop inside your comfortable, air-conditioned coach and admire the scenery as you travel along the coast to Corinth.

Stop to see the Corinth Canal, the narrow, 19th-century canal that links the Saronic Gulf of the Aegean Sea with Ionian Sea.

Take snaps here and then continue to the archaeological site of ancient Corinth, an important trading city in Greek and Roman times that stood at the meeting point of southern and northern Greece.

Here, enjoy time to explore the ruined temples, bathhouse, forum, and theater, and see the bema—a stone platform where it’s believed St Paul once stood in front of gathered judges.

As you stroll around the sun-baked relics, stop to soak up wonderful views over the Saronic Gulf in the distance.

Afterward, return to your coach and enjoy a short stop at the seaside town of Kehreai. Your trip then ends at the original starting point in Athens.

Excellent excursion

The guide was very knowledgeable. The company and the museum took all the necessary precautions for CoViD. Because our admission to the museum had to be staggered we did not have time for shopping in Corinth, which I would have like but no ones fault. Learned a lot

It was an incredible place to see. Our guide was very good. The audio element was hampered by wind noise and cut out a few times.

A Tour for Every Christian

I was so happy that I spent my last morning in Greece taking this tour of Corinth. The highlight for me was seeing where The Apostle Paul stood (The Bema) explaining and defending his beliefs. It really helped me envision even more so the Bible account in Acts chapter 18. The guide she was excellent, very thorough. We did get a 20 minute break at the Corinth Canal whereby you could buy a quick bite to eat, use the rest room and take pictures of the Corinth Canal all before returning to the bus in 20 minutes. Fantastic tour of everything including the Corinth Museum. Another check on my bucket list.

Nancy, our tour guide was patient in answering our questions. She explained clearly about every place we visited. The trip itself was well timed and organized. It was a relaxing, half day trip that is just enough to learn about Corinth.

Wonderful little trip!

This was a great way to get some hands-on history and a little city getaway during our 4 days in Athens. We appreciated the convenience of the trip, the kind and knowledgeable guide, and the chance to walk among the ancient agora. I enjoyed learning about the historical and biblical significance of Corinth. Another plus: because it was a "half-day" trip, we still had the late afternoon/ evening to explore Athens!
