    ▪ In case you have an Airport Arrival transfer upon exit customs look for your driver holding a sign under your name in front of your gate. ▪ In case you have a Ferry or Cruise arrival transfer upon exit customs or ferry look for a driver holding a sign under your name in front of your gate or vessel. ▪ Do have in mind that all times are approximate thus road, traffic and weather conditions, may affect the schedule.    
    • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
    • Any additional large luggage will be charged at 5 euros each
    • At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
    • Children under 135 cm must travel in a car seat, these are available on request if advised at time of booking
    • Not wheelchair accessible
    • Most travelers can participate
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

    They never showed up to pick up us at the port. The ferry was delayed by two hours but was not our fault. All other passengers who scheduled their transportation like we did where there with a sign. I was able to arrange for transportation at the port for half of what I was originally charged. Does not recommend them .

    The driver was punctual, friendly and wonderful. Despite the ferry was late on schedule, th pickup and transfer was an easy breeze. I continued to use their day trip and transfer services. Value-for-money and professional services, highly recommended!!

    Our driver was amazing!! He was waiting right outside the airport for my husband and Holding a sign with our names. He was friendly and conversated with us. He was even kind enough to stop and take a picture of us overlooking the island as a gift to welcoming us to Mykonos. Highly recommend the transportation service!!

    I provided location information ahead of time, but the driver still was unsure on where I was supposed to be dropped off. I kept telling him I could walk part of the way, but he insisted on getting me to a specific point that was sort of helpful.

    We booked the transfer via phone...

    We booked the transfer via phone from the USA ,before we left on our trip. I explained to the viator person that we would not have a phone or laptop with us. Therefore, we could not call the supplier 24 hrs. before the transfer, as usually expected. The person who took our order, on the phone told me it would not be a problem and she would call the supplier in Greece and explain the situation and would get back to me. Which she did and told me it was all arranged and not to worry, somebody will be there. The morning of the transfer, the taxi was suppose to be at the port at 8:30am. We arrived at the meeting point at 8:00am. Nobody showed up. We started asking the taxi's that were there if they were our taxi, they all said No. At 9:00 am we asked a person at the dock if they would not mind calling the Local contact for us. The phone number gave a message that the number was unavailable. we tried 2 more times. Since our Mykonos Town and half day island tour was also with Viator at 9:30, we were afraid we would miss it and at 9:10 we flagged down a taxi and paid for a transfer to Fabriqa Square where we meet up with our viator guide, Barbara for our tour.
